摘 要:此方法直接对各支承处轮带两侧的筒体回转中心进行测量,通过插值获得支承处的回转中心,将各挡处筒体的回转中心连线得到回转窑运行轴线。在计算回转中心的过程中,使用了最小二乘法对一个测量周期内各时刻回转中心进行拟合,从而获得具有统计意义的支承处平均回转中心。在测点的选取过程中,选择筒体理论垂直轴线两侧的40°~50°区域布置传感器。该测量方法考虑了回转窑偏心运动、筒体变形的影响,具有测量简单、操作方便、测量精度高、不影响正常生产等特点。The method measures the shell's rotatory center of two sides of the supporting tire, and calculates rotatory center by interpolation, and getting the shell's operating axes by linking all rotatory centers. In addition, in order to getting all average rotatory center of supporting sites that are of significance in statistics, it fits rotatory center of different moment in one measuring cycle by the least square method during calculating rotatory center. With respect to selection of measure points, the 40*50*area of shell surface of different sides of the theory vertical axis were chosen. The measurement takes into consideration of eccentric rotation and deformation of shell, having the merits on measuring, ease on operation, high mea- surement precision and no influence of regular production.
