摘　　要：为了对工程项目进行行之有效的管理,有必要提高我国工程项目的管理水平,建立和完善科学合理的项目管理制度势在必行。通过对工程项目管理内容等各方面的阐述,针对工程项目管理的特点,指出了项目管理发展的趋势,对项目管理者提出了改进项目管理工作的建议。In order to carry out effective project management, under the existing investment in the play as much as possi- ble the benefits of investment to strengthen project management, improve the level of project management is particularly nec- essary. The establishment and improvement of scientific and rational system of project managenmnt is imperative. Based on the content of project management on all aspects, in view of the characteristics of project management, project management noted the trend in the development of the project managers to improve project management work.
