中国社会性公共服务区域差异分析

摘　　要：在综合测度中国各省区社会性公共服务水平和区域差异的基础上,对1990年以来其特征和变化的机制进行系统分析。结果显示,中国社会性公共服务区域差异与经济发展区域差异有一定的耦合性,但经济发达地区社会性公共服务总体水平相对于经济发展水平偏低,社会性公共服务区域差异小于经济发展区域差异;区域间差异总体上偏大且近期呈逐步扩大态势;社会性公共服务区域差异的变化过程受区域经济差异、人口向经济发达地区迁移和社会性公共服务发展的滞后性等因素的综合影响。Based on measuring the social public services level and the regional social public services development difference in China,this paper systemically analyses the state of the regional social public services development difference and its mechanisms since 1990 in China.The results indicate that the regional social public services development difference is similar to the regional economic development difference to a certain extent,but the social public services level is overall low compared with the economic development level in the developed regions,the comprehensive effects of the regional economic development difference,population migration from undeveloped regions to developed regions and the lag of social public services development has brought the change in the regional social public services development difference.
