摘　　要：本文介绍了发酵过程中氧传递的各种阻力,分析了影响发酵溶氧的因素,提出了有效改善和提高发酵过程中溶解氧浓度的方法和途径。The text introduced oxygen transfer in fermentation, and probed that how to improve and increase the concentration of the dissolved oxygen by analyzing the factors affecting the dissolved oxygen.
