摘　　要：殷商甲骨卜辞记载了大量的诗乐活动,其中蕴涵着丰富的诗乐思想,如尚声、实用功利等。这为商以降的诗乐发展确立了范型,对以诗乐为主要观照对象的中国文学批评思想发展产生了深远影响。There are many poetry and music activity recorded in oracle inscriptions of the bones or tortoise shells of Shang dynasty, and the oracle inscriptions contain more poetry and music ideology, such as upholding music and advocating utilitarian etc. It established a way of poetry and music development after the Shang dynasty, and brought far-reaching impact on literary criticism of china.
