摇椅弓加上颌平面导板打开咬合的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨摇椅弓加上颌平面导板打开咬合的临床效果。方法:选择安氏Ⅱ类Ⅱ°以上深覆患者40名,摇椅弓加上颌平面导板组20名,单独用摇椅弓组20名,通过X线头影测量分析比较患者矫治前后的变化。结果:摇椅弓加上颌平面导板组ANB减小更明显,FH-MP,PP-MP,N-Me,U6-PP,L6-MP增大更明显,明显缩短了打开咬合的时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:摇椅弓加上颌平面导板是一种快速有效打开咬合的方法,且对改善低角病例的面形更有利。Objective： To investigate the effects of bite-opening by use of rocking chair archwire and flat bite plate. Methods： 40 cases of Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion and over Ⅱ degree deep overbite were selected.20 cases were treated with rocking-chair archwire combined with flat bite plate,and 20 cases were as controls.Their cephalometry radiographs were measured and analyzed before and after treatment. Results： The ANB and treatment circle was significantly decreased. The SN-MP,PP-MP,ANS-Me,U6-PP and U6-PP all significantly increased. Conclusion：It is an effective and rapid method to treat deep overbite with rocking-chair archwire combined with flat bite plate. It is useful to improve the facial profile of lower face height cases.
