摘　　要：我国相关法律规定我国实行食品召回制度。从国外一些比较成功的经验来看,要想保证食品召回制度真正在实践中发挥作用,除了继续完善相应的法规和健全食品安全管理体制以外,还需要很多配套措施的跟进。加强对我国食品召回责任保险制度的认识非常重要。对我国实行食品召回责任保险的必要性的认识、食品召回责任保险的内涵、以及对食品召回责任保险与食品召回制度和与食品召回制度相关的配套制度的关系的认识是本文主要探讨的内容。Chinese relevant laws and regulations define food recall system in China. From some of the more successful foreign experience, in order to guarantee food recall system practically, a lot of follow-up building measures are needed to continue to perfect the relevant laws and regulations and improve food safety management system. It is very important to strengthen food recall system of liability insurance. The main content is to discuss that awareness of the necessity of the food recall liability insurance, intension of liability insurance of food recall, and the relationship between the liability insurance of food recall and system of food recall in China.
