摘　　要：从"两种宇宙观、矛盾的普遍性、矛盾的特殊性、主要的矛盾和主要的矛盾方面、矛盾诸方面的同一性和斗争性、对抗在矛盾中的地位"六个方面,毛泽东的《矛盾论》对王船山的哲学思想都有明显的继承与发展,为夺取中国革命的胜利,尤其是夺取当时的抗日战争和随后的解放战争的胜利提供了科学的思想武器。Mao Zedong＇s On Contradiction has inherited and developed Wang Chuanshan＇s philosophy from six aspects： the two world views, the universality and particularity of contradiction, the principal contradiction and the principal aspect of contradiction, the identity and struggle of contradiction, and the role of antagonism in contradiction. It provides a scientific ideological weapon in winning the victory of the Chinese Revolution, the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation in particular.
