垂体腺瘤中CD147、LN-R基因蛋白的表达与侵袭性的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨CD147、LN-R的表达与侵袭性垂体腺瘤的关系。方法用免疫组织化学方法对60例垂体瘤患者组织标本CD147、LN-R的表达进行检测。免疫组化结果用半定量的方法进行分析。结果60例垂体瘤患者中,32例女性,28例男性。其中,30例为侵袭性垂体腺瘤,30例为非侵袭性垂体腺瘤。免疫组化显示侵袭性垂体腺瘤的CD147、LN-R的表达明显高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤(P<0.01)。结论CD147、LN-R的高表达与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性密切相关。CD147、LN-R可以作为判定垂体腺瘤侵袭性的有效指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD147, Laminin receptor（LN-R） with invasive of pituitary adenomas. Methods The expression of CD147 protein, LN-R protein in tissue samples from 60 pituitary adenomas was examined by method. Immunostaining was semiquantatively scored based on intensity（0-3） and distributian（0- 3）. Results Sixty patients,Thirty-two patients were femal and twenty-eight were male; 30 patients showed invasion, and 30 noninvasion. The CD147, LN-R score of pituitary adenomas patients with invasion was significantly higher than that without invasion（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion CD147,LN-R may be associated with the aggressiveness and invasion of pituitary adenomas. CD147, LN-R are useful tools for assessing the invasion of pituitary adenomas.
