摘　　要：由于全球金融危机的冲击,许多竞争力强的老牌公司都处在濒临破产的境地,而此时中国企业却以惊人的速度崛起于世界500强企业榜中。文章试图从世界500强中美日企业不同方面的比较来解释中国企业进入世界500强的成因,并得出相应的结论和启示。As a result of the global financial crisis, many competitive companies are in the brink of bankruptcy. And now Chinese companies are rising at an alarming rate in the Global. This thesis attempts to explain the reason of Chinese enterprise entering the Global 500 through the comparison of different aspects among Chinese, American and Japanese enterprises. At last, it provides appropriate conclusions and inspiration.
