乳腺癌中ezrin的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨ezrin在乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织以及乳腺良性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P方法检测63例乳腺癌组织、20例乳腺癌旁组织及30例乳腺良性肿瘤中ezrin的表达情况。结果ezrin在乳腺癌旁组织及乳腺良性肿瘤中均无异常表达;在浸润性乳腺癌组织中,ezrin的阳性表达率为55.56%(35/63),并且ezrin阳性表达率随着临床分期的增高和淋巴结转移增多而升高(P<0.01)。无病生存(DFS)时间不足5年(远处转移)或5年内死亡患者的ezrin阳性表达率明显高于DFS在5年以上的患者(P<0.01)。ezrin的表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、月经无相关性(P值均>0.05)。结论检测ezrin有助于对乳腺癌预后的判断,并且它可能成为一个新的乳腺癌治疗的靶点。Objective To discuss the expression and the clinical significance of ezrin in breast cancer, and to investigate its relationship with lymph node metastasis, clinical stages and prognosis. Methods Immunohistoehemical streptavidin -perosidase （S -P） method was used to detect the expression of ezrin in 63 cases of breast cancer, 20 cases of corresponding cancer - adjacent tissues and 30 cases of benign tumor. The correlation of ezrin expression with relevant clinical data was analyzed. Results The ezrin expression rates in benign tumor and Corresponding adjacent tissues were negative. In 63 cases of invasive breast cancer, the expression rate of ezrin was 55.56%, and the up - regulation of the ezrin expression was positively related with the progression of lymph node metastasis and clinical stages （P 〈 0.01 ）, while it was negatively correlated with the disease -free survival （DFS） of 5 years, as was demonstrated by the up -regulated expression rate in patients with DFS less than 5 years （ distant metastasis） compared with those with DFS of 5 years and above （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no evident correlation of ezrin expression with tumor size, age and menstruation status （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The determination of ezrin expressions contributes to the assessment of prognosis of breast cancer, and ezrin may further serve as a new therapeutic target in the treatment of breast cancer.
