摘  要:目的探讨甲乙煎对肝癌组织中细胞黏附分子CD54表达的影响。方法将75只BALB/c小鼠随机分为5组,即病理模型对照组、5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)组和甲乙煎小、中、大剂量组各15只。复制H22小鼠肝癌淋巴道转移模型,自造模第2d起开始给药,日1次。病理模型对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液0.4mL/(只.d)灌胃,甲乙煎小、中、大剂量组分别给予甲乙煎0.4mL/(只.d)(1、2、4g/mL、)灌胃,5-Fu组给予5-Fu0.2mL/(只.d)(2.5mg/mL)腹腔注射。实验结束后第2d,将禁食12h的各组小鼠脱颈椎处死后,称体质量,取胸腺及脾,并称质量。计算脾脏指数、胸腺指数,通过免疫组化法观察局部瘤组织中细胞黏附分子CD54的表达。结果甲乙煎各组均能明显提高荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数,与5-Fu组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);5-Fu组与病理模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高了小鼠胸腺指数,降低了脾脏指数;甲乙煎各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲乙煎各组CD54的表达均弱于病理模型对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);甲乙煎各组间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);5-Fu组表达弱于病理模型对照组(P<0.01),与甲乙煎各组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药复方甲乙煎可改善小鼠的免疫功能,降低H22小鼠肝癌局部瘤组织中细胞黏附分子CD54的表达水平。Objective To observe the effect of Jiayijian on expression of adhesion molecule CD~ in mice hepatocellular carcinoma tissue. Methods Mice (SPF) were transplanted liver cancer ( H22 ) subcutaneously into left footpads to be established as experimental lymphatic metastasis models, five groups were separately treated by Jiayi- jian low, middle, high dose, 5 - Fu and normal saline 20 days, Count the index of thymuses, spleens. The expres- sion of CD54 was also measured with immunohistochmeistry staining. Results The comparisons of the index of spleen and thymuses among different groups:5 - Fu and normal saline are significantly lower than Jiayijian low, middle, high dose. The comparison of CD~ expression among five groups: Jiayijian low, middle, high dose and 5 - Fu are signifi- cantly lower than normal saline. Conclusion Jiayijian can increase mice immune activity and decrease CD~ expres- sion in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue.
