摘  要:目的观察转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达水平与斑秃发病的关系,探讨斑秃病情的检测和疗效的观察指标。方法应用酶标法检测斑秃患者血清中细胞因子TGF-β1的表达水平。结果重型斑秃、轻型斑秃的血清TGF-β1水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),且重型斑秃低于轻型斑秃患者(P<0.05)。血清TGF-β1浓度与病情严重程度呈高度正相关(r=0.841,P<0.01)。结论TGF-β1因子与斑秃的病情相关,可用于临床病情与疗效的监测。Objective To study the relationship between the expression of transforming growth factor--β1 (TGF--β1) and alopecia areata (AA), and explore the indexes for monitorying illness conditions and curative effectiveness. Methods The serum level of TGF-β1 was determined by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assays (ELISA). Results The serum levels of TGF-β1 in AA patients were lower than those in controls (P〈0. 01 ), and those in severe AA patients were significantly lower than in localized AA (P〈0. 05). Correlation analysis revealed there was a markedly correlation between TGF-β1 levels and illness condition (r = 0. 845, P〈0. 01). Conclusion TGF-β1 is relevant to the illness condition and could be useful in monitoring the illness condition and curative effectiveness.
