摘 要:目的:比较Long Evans和Wistar大鼠在建立亚硒酸钠诱导的白内障动物模型中的异同。方法:给未睁眼的10d龄Wistar大鼠(10只)和Long Evans大鼠(10只)一次性腹腔注射亚硒酸钠(30μmol/kg)造模,在所有动物全部睁眼后(即实验第7d),用裂隙灯观察晶状体混浊情况并进行评分。结果:所有大鼠均安全诱导出白内障动物模型,但Wistar大鼠诱导后的晶状体混浊情况相对单一,而Long Evans大鼠具有多样性,Wistar大鼠的晶状体混浊程度明显重于Long Evans大鼠(P<0.01)。结论:Wistar大鼠经亚硒酸钠诱导后,晶状体的混浊情况较Long Evans大鼠相对稳定,便于对照研究,在研究治疗与预防白内障方面较Long Evans大鼠更适合。Long Evans大鼠经亚硒酸钠诱导后,晶状体混浊呈现出多样性,更接近于白内障的临床表现。Objective: To compare the selenite - induced cataract models of Long Evans rats with that of Wistar rats. Methods: 10 Long Evans rats and 10 Wistar rat pups ( 10 days old) received sodium selenite intraperitoneal injection at 30 μmol/kg only once. On the 7th day after injection ,the transparency of all lenses of animals was observed under slit lamp microscopy. Results: Cataract was successfully induced in both of the Long Evans rats and Wistar rats by intraperitoneal injection of 30 μmoL/kg sodium selenite only once. The lenses of Wistar rats showed relatively simple opacity ,while those of Long Evans showed various opacities. The turbid degree of lens of Wistar rats was more severe than that of Long Evans rats (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The lens opacity of Wistar rats is steadier than that of Long Evans rats after sodium selenite induction. Thus, they are more suitable to be used in the controlled study on the prevention and cure of cataract than Long Evans rats. However, the lens opacity of Long Evans rats shows cariety, which is close to the clinical manifestation of cataract.
