摘  要:国内对VLCC系泊研究相对较少,相关稳泊研究存在不足。结合案例调查,进行细致的系缆力分析计算,首次实证比较VLCC在标准环境条件下最大外推力和应有系留力数值关系,评估系泊安全性,阐明其断缆成因,得出断缆主要原因是船舶系缆设备缺陷所致,根据实际提出系泊风险的预控对策。In China, there arc still rare researches focusing on the mooring safety of Very Large Crude oil Carrier (VL- CC). Based on accident investigation the author analyzes and calculates the forces on mooring lines. This paper discovers the factors of broken line accident during mooring, by comparing the maximum drift force of VLEC under standard environmental condition and proper redundancy of line strength. From the author's viewpoint, the main reason is result from the deficiency of mooring equipment. In the context precautions and countermeasures are presented for safe operation of VLCC.
