应用免疫组化标记IL-2及TNF-α探讨经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤中R-S细胞与背景细胞的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤(CHL)中R-S细胞与背景细胞的关系。方法应用免疫组化Envision二步法检测IL-2及TNF-α在肿瘤细胞及背景细胞中的表达。结果三种不同类型CHL中肿瘤细胞和背景细胞表达IL-2相比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),MCHL及NSHL中肿瘤细胞和背景细胞表达TNF-α相比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),而LRHL中肿瘤细胞和背景细胞表达TNF-α相比较无统计学意义(P=0.142);三种类型的肿瘤细胞之间和背景细胞之间表达IL-2及TNF-α相比较均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CHL中肿瘤细胞及背景细胞之间存在相互依存的关系。Objective To investigate the relations of R-S cell and background cells in classic Hodgkin Lymphoma. Methods Using immunohistochemistry Envision two steps examine to mark IL-2 and TNF-αIL-2 and TNF-α in the tumor cell and the background cell expression. Results Three kinds of different type CHL the tumor cell and the background cell express IL-2 to compare evenly have statistics significance （P〈0.01）, in MCHL and NSHL the tumor cell and the background cell expression TNF-α has statistics significance （P〈0.01）, but in LRHL the tumor cell and the background cell expression TNF-α has the non-statistics significance （P=0.142）; Among three kinds of type tumor cells and the background cell expresses IL-2 and TNF-α evenly does not have statistics significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Between the tumor cells and the background cells has the relations which depends on each other mutually of CHL.
