护理管理干预在防范护士职业锐器伤中的意义

摘　　要：目的:了解近年来通过护理管理干预和职业防护知识培训护士职业锐器伤的情况,并提出持续改进的防范对策。方法:采用问卷调查了解2007～2008年我院不同职称在岗104例临床护士锐器伤的情况,并作为观察组,将2003～2004年调查的79例临床护士锐器伤的情况作为对照组,了解观察组护士通过护理管理干预及职业防护培训后职业锐器伤的有效降低情况。结果:观察组104名护士与对照组79例护士的职业锐器伤比较,除掰安瓿外,其他项目的锐器伤总和也是针刺伤的发生情况,观察组与对照组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:医院护理管理者必须加强护士职业防护培训,合理增加护理人力资源,执行锐器安全操作规范,强制性使用安全用具和锐器盒,实行医疗垃圾分类处理,这是降低锐器伤发生率的保证。Objective： To understand the conditions of occupational sharp instrument injury of nurses by care management intervention and training of occupational safety protection in recent years, and provide continuous improvement of preventive measures. Methods： Questionnaire was used to investigate the conditions of sharp instrument injury of 104 nurses with different professional titles in our hospital from 2007 to 2008, and served as the observation group, the 2003-2004 survey of the conditions of sharp injury of 79 nurses served as the control group, then detected the effective decrease of professional sharp instrument injury of observation group by care management intervention and training of occupational safety protection. Results： In addition to hand ampoule comparison, the sum of the other items of 104 nurses in the observation group and 79 nurses in the control group of occupational sharps injury were the sharp injury and observation group showed a significant difference compared with control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Hospital care nurse managers need to strengthen protection of occupational training, reasonably increase nursing human resources, implement sharp instrument safety practice, mandatorily use safety devices and sharps boxes, deal with medical waste separation, to reduce the incidence of sharp injury guarantee.
