摘  要:目的研究实验室电解法对纯钛样板放电对其表面化学结构的改变,探讨其抗菌活性。方法容器中放入不同的电解质溶液,浸入相同规格的纯钛样板,连接直流电源的正极,再浸入1片阴极板,向钛样板放电,从而改变标本表面成分。培养口腔常见细菌,观察处理后的样本对细菌生长繁殖的影响。结果不同电解质处理的纯钛样板的抗菌性能不同,与未经处理的纯钛样板比较,含氯的样本(Ti-Cl)具有较强的抗菌活性。结论在实验室经含氯电解液处理过的纯钛样板(Ti-Cl),对口腔常见细菌有较强的抗菌活性。Objective To evaluate antibacterial activity of the titanium samples after the surface structure had been altered by electric discharging using laboratory electrolytic method. Methods Titanium samples with identical specifications were placed in different electrolyte solutions and connected to the DC anode, The composition of the sample surface was modified by placing a cathode afterwards and discharging towards the samples. Then, the common oral bacteria were cultured and effects of the processed titanium samples on bacterial proliferation were examined. Results The titanium steel samples processed in various electrolyte solutions showed distinct antibacterial activities. The chloride-containing (Ti-Cl) samples demonstrated stronger antibacterial activity when compared to unprocessed samples. Conclusion The titanium steel samples processed in chloride-containing electrolytic solution under laboratory conditions demonstrated stronger antibacterial activity against common oral bacteria.
