摘　　要：蒸汽爆破技术是一项近年来迅速发展的预处理技术,应用于制糖、建材以及木质纤维素原料的预处理领域和食品生产以及饲料加工。论述了蒸汽爆破技术的发展、应用、作用过程、原理以及其影响因素。Steam-exploded technology is a new pretreatment technology with rapid development in several years. It is widely used m the field of refine sugar,building materials and pretreated lignocelluloses. And it also can be used to produce foods and process fodders. In this study,the development ,use ,action course and principles of the technology of steam explosion, and the factor which influenced steam-exploded were dissertated.
