摘 要:目的研究辅弓长度、螺圈数以及初始力大小等设计因素对力值衰减的影响。方法对初始设置分别为2圈、12mm、力值92g(第一组),1圈、17mm、力值60g(第二组)及2圈、12mm、力值60g(第三组)的3组弹簧持续加力,利用电子天平记录其1个月内不同时刻的相应力值。结果第一组弹簧32d后衰减的力值为1.9g,衰减率为2.1%;第二组弹簧32d后衰减的力值为0.9g,衰减率为1.5%;第三组弹簧32d后衰减的力值为0.2g,衰减率为0.3%。结论弓丝长度相同时,增加圈数的辅弓力值衰减小于增加加力臂长度的辅弓;辅弓圈数、加力臂长度相同时,加力臂与固位体之间的预设角越大,力值衰减越快。Objective To study the effect of different auxiliary arch lengths, different number of coils and different initial forces on the force decay. Methods The auxiliary arches were divided into three groups: group 1 with two circles, 12 mm arch length, 92 g initial force, group 2 with one circle, 17 mm arch length, 60 g initial length and group 3 with two circles, 12 mm arch length, 60 g initial force. The constant force was loaded to the three groups, and all the records have been made. Results After 32 days, the force change of group 1 was 1.9 g, and the decay rate was 2.1% ; the change of group 2 was 0.9 g, the rate was 1.5% ; while the change of group 3 was 0.2 g, the rate was 0.3%. Conclusion On condition that the increase of arch length is uniform, the effect of enhancing the number of circles is better than the increasing of arm length ; on condition that the number of circles and the arm length are identical, the larger the angle of the retainer and the arm length, the higher the decay rate.
