派丽奥治疗牙周炎的临床疗效及对龈沟液的影响

摘　　要：目的研究派丽奥局部用药对牙周炎患者临床症状及龈沟液的天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotrans-ferase,AST)的影响。方法中、重度慢性牙周炎患者40例,分别于使用派丽奥前后检测并记录牙周探诊深度、附着丧失、探诊出血、松动度、牙龈指数、龈沟液量及AST的量。结果除附着丧失和松动度外,其他指标在用药前后差异均有统计学意义。结论派丽奥可明显减轻牙周炎患者的临床症状,有效抑制AST的产生。Objective To study the influence of Minoeycline Hydrochloride Ointment to AST in gingival crevictdar fluid and clinical symptoms of periodontal patients. Methods We choose medium to serious periodontitis patients, then test probing depth, attachment loss, bleeding on probing, gingival index, loosen degree, AST in gingival erevieular fluid before and after using. Results The difference of all indices before and after using Minoeycline Hydroehloride Ointment are statistically significant except attachment loss and losen degree. Conclusion Minoeyeline Hydroehloride Ointment can reduce the clinical symptoms of periodonta and inhibit the production of AST in gingival ereviettlar fluid.
