摘　　要：目的:探讨MR导向氩氦刀治疗脑肿瘤护理的可行性。方法:利用开放性MR为导向,行氩氦刀治疗脑肿瘤6例,患者住院期间进行精细护理,采取了一些特殊措施。结果:全部病例手术成功且无并发症发生,全部康复出院。结论:MR导向氩氦刀治疗脑肿瘤方法简便安全可靠,加强精心护理,采取一些特殊的护理措施是减少并发症发生的关键。Objective：To evaluate the nursing feasibility of the intraerartial tumors patients treated with Cryocare Surgieal System guided by MR. Methods： We carried out sufiqeient, active preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing care for all 6 eases of the intracranial tumor patients treated with Cryocare Surgical System guided by MR. Results：The surgery of the 6 patients treated with Cryoeare Surgieal System guided by MR was successful, and without complications during of hospital stay. Conclusion： The new technique of intraeranial tumor treated with Cryocare Surgieal System guided by MR is safe and reliable. The sufficient, active preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing care are important for ensuring operation and preventing the complications.
