摘　　要：目的:探讨α-连接素在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测10例正常宫颈、15例宫颈上皮内瘤变及48例宫颈鳞癌活检和术后组织标本的α-连接素表达,并进行相关分析。结果:正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈鳞癌组织α-连接素表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);宫颈鳞癌不同病理分级、淋巴结转移状况与α-连接素表达程度差异有统计学意义;α-连接素表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期及患者血清鳞状细胞癌抗原水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:α-连接素在宫颈鳞癌中表达减弱,可能在宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展中起抑制作用,检测α-连接素表达有利于指导临床诊断及判断预后。Objective To investigate the expression of α-catenin in human squamous cervical carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of a-eatenin was studied with immunohistoehemistry in paraffin-bedded biopsy and surgical specimens of normal cervical tissue （10 cases）, cervical intraepithelial neoplastic lesions（15 cases） and invasive squamous cervical eaeinoma （48 cases）. Results Statistical significance of a-catenin expression was observed between normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplastic lesions and invasive squamous cervical cacinoma（P〈 0.01）. There was a statistic difference between the expression of α-catenin and grades of cervical carcinoma and lymph node metastasis status （P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of a-catenin had no correlation with the level of serum SCC-Ag in patients and other clinical pathologic parameters（P） 0.05）. Conclusion Down-regulation of α-eatenin may depress occurrence and progression of the squamous cervical carcinoma. The expression of α-catenin may help clinical outcome in cervical cancer patients.
