摘　　要：变电站配置描述语言(SCL)已经成为不同制造厂商的配置工具间相互交换信息的标准。通过对SCL对象模型及其变电站拓扑图形显示、SCL与公共信息模型(CIM)语义信息模型的协调等问题的研究,对SCL系统配置器的原有功能进行扩充,设计了一个改进的SCL系统配置工具,具备SCL文档的导入/导出、图形化的编辑、SCL对象模型、可缩放矢量图形(SVG)和CIM/可扩展置标语言(XML)文件的生成等功能。针对110kV变电站的某线路间隔及智能电子设备(IED),给出了一个SCL文档的实例,可以看出采用SCL配置工具可方便地实现对变电站及其IED的配置和管理。The SCL language for substation configuration description is standardized for the exchange of configuration information between different manufacturers. Based on an analysis of the SCL object model, SCL based graphical topology display for substation, and harmonization of SCL and CIM semantic models, a software architecture of improved SCL system configuration tool has been designed which includes the import and export modules for SCL configuration files, graphics operation function module, generation module for SCL object model, export module for SVG files and export module for CIM/ XML files. A line bay and IED in a 110 kV substation are described and configured with SCL and thus the configuration management of the substation and IED can be easily realized by means of the SCL system configurator.
