摘　　要：公安教育培训担负着初任民警和在职民警的教育培训任务。二者既有联系,又有区别。它们相互促进,共同发展。公安教育培训的目标是培养具有良好综合素质的应用型警务人才。The education and training of public security undertake the task to educate and train the policemen of new recruit and that are in service. There are both relations and differences between ed- ucation and training. They promote each other and develop together. The target of them is to cultivate application-based police talents with excellent comprehensive quality.
