摘 要:现有的微机配料系统普遍存在着称量精度不高、可靠性差的缺点,直接影响着企业的效益和信誉.本文介绍了微机配料系统的组成,分析了多传感器并联情况下影响称量精度的原因,并给出了解决方案.结合实际应用系统,改进了称重系统结构,给出了在称重传感器中串入调节电阻的平衡调节方法,并设计了测量放大电路;采用模糊补偿技术,实现称重传感器的动态补偿,简单方便,易于实现;利用数字滤波技术抑制干扰,提高了系统测量精度和可靠性.There are some shortcomings of low accuracy and reliability exsited in computer batch system, which direct impact the efficiency and credibility of enterprise. In the paper, firsty, the composition of microcomputer burden system is introuduced, the analysis on the reason that affects weighing accuracy in multi - sensors parallel connection is done and some solutions are given. Then, by combing with the practical system, the weighting system structure is improved, a method that series resistor in sensor input to adjust balance is proposed and the measuring amplification circuit is designed. Finally, fuzzy creep compensation and digital filter are presented in this paper. It is proved to be an efficient and simple approach to improve the accuracy of weighting, and greatly improve the measuring accuracy and stability.
