摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下穿刺活检对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对42例乳腺肿块患者超声引导下穿刺活检,与术后病理结果进行对比。结果42例均成功穿刺,术前穿刺活检诊断乳腺癌36例,经手术后病理证实其诊断符合率85.7%,假阴性率14.3%。结论超声引导下穿刺活检创伤小、诊断准确率较高,是乳房肿块定性诊断的首选方法之一。Objective To investigate the value of core needle biopsy under the guidance of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancers. Methods Forty-two patients with breast mass received core needle biopsy under the guidance of ultrasonography and the results were compared with those of pathology. Results All 42 patients were biopsied successfully and 36 cases were diagnosed as breast cancers.Compared with the results of pathology, the accuracy of core needle biopsy under the guidance of ultrasononpraphy was 85.7% and the false negative rate was 14.3%. Conclusion The core needle biopsy under the guidance ofultrasononpraphy is one of the important methods in the diagnosis of breast masses due to its less invasiveness and high accuracy.
