摘 要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对栽培荞麦22份(甜荞和苦荞各11份)发芽种子的淀粉酶同工酶进行了研究。结果发现淀粉酶同工酶酶带共12条。其中甜荞有7条酶带,3条共有带。而苦荞有6条酶带,4条共有带。总的说来,淀粉酶同工酶在发芽荞麦中,种内存在一定的变异,但小于种间差异。The amylase isozyme of twenty-two accessions of cultivated buckwheat were studied by means of polyaerylamide gel eletrophoresis (PAGE). The isozyme samples were extracted from the sprouting seeds, the results showed that there were a total of twelve bands of amylase isozyme in sprouting seeds of cultivated buckwheat. Among studied materials, F. esculentum had a total of seven bands with three main bands, whereas F. tataricum had six bands with four main bands. In all, amylase isozyme were different from varieties in germination buckwheat seeds, but the difference was inferior to species.
