摘　　要：目的通过把工业上的过程能力指数的方法移植到医疗质量和医疗安全管理上,定量地对其各个指标意义进行分析与说明,进而提出如何根据指标来确定改进办法。方法对某三甲医院急诊生化检验随机抽取84个样本,计算其过程能力指数,分析原因。结果过程能力指数法能直接有效地找到问题所在,并为制定改进措施,明确方向。结论过程能力分析是一种以数据和事实为决策依据的管理方法,它可以应用到医疗质量和医疗安全管理的各项具体工作中,帮助医院管理者提高医疗质量和服务质量。Objective Use the industrial process capability indices on medical quality and medical safety management to analyze and illustrate the quantitative significance of its various data. Then propose the protocol of improvement according to the data. Methods 84 samples were randomly selected from the hospital emergency department of a biochemical to calculate the process capability index, analyze the reasons. Results Process capability indices; can directly find the problem, and point out the direction of the improvements. Conclusion Process capability analysis is a data and the fact that the basis for management decision-making method, which can be applied to medical quality and medical safety management in all concrete work, to help improve health care quality of hospital management and quality of service.
