摘  要:[目的]探索月季切花保鲜液的最佳组合配方。[方法]选用蔗糖、8-HQ、柠檬酸、异抗坏血酸(Vc)、A l2(SO4)3或K2SO4进行月季切花保鲜液的组合配方试验。[结果]各化学药剂作为月季瓶插保鲜液是可行的,对月季切花的保鲜均有明显影响。1.8%蔗糖+60mg/L 8-HQ+440 mg/L柠檬酸+100 mg/L A l2(SO4)3+80 mg/L Vc和1.8%蔗糖+100 mg/L 8-HQ+280 mg/L柠檬酸+0.12%K2SO4+80 mg/L Vc 2个配方组合最佳。[结论]开发出月季切花瓶插的2个优秀配方。[ Objective ] The research aimed to explore the best prescriptions of cut rose keeping fresh liquid. [ Method ] Sucrose, 8-HQ, cilric acid, Vc, Al2 (SO4 )3 or K2SO4 were selected to make up a prescription of cut rose keeping fresh liquid. [ Result ] All chemicals could be used for bottle keeping fresh liquid of cut rose. They had notable effects on keeping cut rose fresh. Two .prescriptions were the best. They were 1.8% sucrose + 60 mg/L 8-HQ + 400 mg/L citric acid + 100 mg/L Al2 ( SO4 ) 3 + 80 mg/L Vc and 1.8% sucrose + 100 mg/L 8-HQ + 280 mg/L citric acid +0.12% K2SO4 + 80 mg/L Vc. [Conclusion] Two prescriptions were developed to keep cut rose fresh.
