摘　　要：提出了基于Agent系统的网络拥塞控制系统的实现框架。该框架的实现旨在解决局部网络拥塞问题,防止拥塞程度的恶化及蔓延,保证网络的服务质量。实验表明,此框架在一定程度上改善了网络的整体性能。A framework of network congestion control system is proposed based on Agent. The realization of the framework is to partially solve network congestion, avoid the deterioration and spread of congestion, and guarantee service quality. Experimental results show that this framework could improve overall performance of the network to some extent.
