摘  要:为了探讨混合型限流器的关键部件快速电磁斥力机构的动态性能与机构的各个结构参数、斥力线圈中的电流等存在的复杂关系,在对电磁斥力机构基本工作原理深入分析的基础上,得到了计算电磁斥力的数学模型。采用有限元分析和计算的方法,讨论了不同结构参数对电磁斥力机构动态性能的影响,为优化设计提供了指导原则。对原理样机进行了动态性能的测试,试验结果验证了有限元计算结果的正确性。Fast electromagnetic repulsion mechanism (FERM) is the key of the hybrid circuit current limiter. FERM's dynamic characteristic has complicated relationship with FERM's various structure parameters and the current in the energizing coil. There is very important reference value on designing and optimizing FERM by researching on this relationship. Based on the principle of FERM, its mathematics model of repulsion force is deduced. By means of finite element method (FEM) and calculation, detailed analysis has been developed on the relationship between the FERM's various structure parameters and its dynamic characteristic, some general criteria governing optimal design are thereby summarized. Finally, a series of tests on the FERM's dynamic characteristic have been provided, the theoretical calculation and test results verify the validity of characteristics of the theory on repulsion force calculation method used in this paper.
