西酞普兰辅助治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抗抑郁药西酞普兰对精神分裂症后抑郁的辅助治疗作用及安全性。方法对符合CCMD-3关于精神分裂症的诊断且好转后伴焦虑抑郁症状的住院患者进行随机分组，研究组（78例）给予抗精神病药加抗抑郁药（西酞普兰20mg／d）治疗；对照组（77例）单给抗精神病药治疗；两组于入组时、2周末、4周末分别评定抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS），以副反应量表（TESS）评定其安全性，然后进行比较。结果两组的SDS和SAS总分在治疗后均显著下降（P〈0．05或〈0．01）；研究组2周末和4周末的疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0．05或〈0．01）；两组的不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论抗抑郁药西酞普兰对精神分裂症后抑郁有辅助治疗作用，不良反应轻微。Objective To explore the adjunct effects and safety of the anti - depression drug citalopram in treating post - schizophrenia depression symptoms. Methods Patients with post - schizophrenia anxiety and depression symptoms of CCMD - 3 were divided into two groups by random. The study group （n = 78 ） were treated with the combination with antipsychotics and anti -depression drug （citalo- pram 20 mg/d）. The control group （ n = 77 ） were treated only with antipsychotics respectively without added to citalopram. The scales of self - rating depression scale （SDS） and self - rating anxiety scale （ SAS）, and clinical effects were evaluated before treatment, after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks of treatment. The treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） was checked to show side - effects. Results The total scores of SDS and SAS of two groups showed significantly lower after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 or 〈 0. 01 ）. The 2 weeks＇ and 4 weeks＇ curative effects of the study group showed significantly better than those of the contol group （ P 〈 0. 05 or 〈 0. 01 ）. The side - effects showed no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions There are adjunct effects of the anti - depression drug eitalopram in treatment of post - schizophrenia depression symptoms. The side - effects are mild.
