摘　　要：目的:探讨牙周病病人调治疗的正确方法。方法:84例牙周病病人在完成常规牙周病基础治疗和必要的手术治疗后,随机分为两组:实验组在全可调架指导下进行调治疗,对照组应用传统方法、借助咬合纸进行调治疗,比较实验组、对照组的疗效差异。结果:实验组的牙周附着丧失(CAL)和松动度改善均优于对照组,统计学分析差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对于存在干扰的牙周病病人,在架指导下的调治疗能有效改善牙周病的治疗效果。AIM ： To discuss the appropriate way of occlusal adjustment in treatment of periodontal diseases. METHODS： 84 patients with periodontal diseases were chosen and divided into 2 groups randomly after periodontal initial therapy and necessary surgical treatment. Occlusal adjustment with adjustable articulator and articulating paper were applied respectively. RESULTS： Effect of treatment were evaluated between two groups. The effect of occlusal adjustment with adjustable articulator was significantly better than that of the control group. CONCLUSION ： For periodontal patients with traumatic occlusion, occlusal adjustment with adjustable articulator can effectively improve the prognosls
