摘  要:目的:探究中小学教师课堂心理虐待行为特征、发生率及不良影响,为改善学生心理健康状况提供依据。方法:采用开放式问卷和个别访谈等方法对湖南省长沙市、常德市、桃源县三级城镇中的12所学校的395名学生进行调查和内容分析。结果:96.5%的学生报告了课堂上直接遭受或看到同学遭受多种教师心理虐待,这其中有90.5%的学生感受到不同形式的心理伤害。通过内容分析,得出了教师课堂心理虐待行为特征、发生率和不良影响。结论:中小学课堂心理虐待形式多样,较为普遍,对学生的心理健康可造成不同形式的伤害。Objective: To determine the modality, nature and harmful effects of emotional abuse in primary and middle classrooms. Methods: Qualitative methods such as opening questionnaire, individual interview, and classroom observation were utilized. The participants were 395 stratified randomly selected primary and middle school students from 12 schools in 3 cities of different administrative levels in Hunan province, who completed their questionnaires in their classrooms. Results: 96.5% students reported their various psychological suffering from emotional abuse perpetrated on themselves or their classmates by teachers in their classrooms,90.5% of whom suffered various psychological harm. The modality,frequeney and negative effect of the emotional abuse that students suffered from teachers in classrooms were depicted after content analysis. Conclusion: Emotional abuse on students in the primary and middle school classrooms is various and quite common, which is harmful to students psychologically.
