T淋巴瘤侵袭与转移诱导因子1在早孕小鼠蜕膜的表达动态过程

摘　　要：目的:探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1(T-lymphoma invasion and metastasisi nducing proteinI,Tiam1)在早孕小鼠子宫内膜中的表达规律。方法:采用RT-PCR和Western blotting方法分别检测早孕小鼠子宫内膜中Tiam1mRNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果:①Tiam1mRNA的表达量随妊娠天数的增加逐渐增高,到妊娠第5日表达量达到峰值,于妊娠第6日、第7日开始逐渐降低;②Tiam1蛋白表达与其mRNA表达规律基本一致。结论:Tiam1在妊娠早期子宫内膜中持续表达,可能参与小鼠胚胎植入过程。Objective： To investigate the expression applicability of T-lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing protein I （Tiaml） in endometria of early pregnant mouse. Methods： The expression of Tiaml mRNA and protein in endometria of early pregnant mice was tested by RT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. Results： 1） The expression of Tiaml mRNA in endomertria of early pregnant mice was higher than that in non-pregnant mice and it was gradually increased from pregnancy day 2 reaching a maximum level on day 5 and then declining on day 6 and day 7.2） The expression regularity of Tiaml protein was basically as same as that of mRNA. Conclusion： Tiaml is gradually expressed in endometria of early pregnant mouse, and it might play a role in embryo implantation in mouse.
