MCM4蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测胃癌组织中微小染色体维持蛋白4(MCM4)的表达,探讨MCM4表达异常与人胃癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例胃癌,20例同期癌旁正常胃组织中MCM4蛋白的表达。结果45例胃癌组织中MCM4蛋白的阳性表达率为91.11%(41/45),对照组均为阴性表达,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。胃癌组中MCM4蛋白的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、组织学分级有关(P<0.05),而与胃癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、浸润深度及TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。结论细胞复制准许因子MCM4蛋白的高表达可能参与了人胃癌的发生、发展过程,MCM4蛋白的检测可作为评价胃癌癌细胞的增殖状态、预测胃癌临床预后、指导临床治疗的重要生物学指标。Objective To study the expression of MCM4 protein in gastric carcinoma,and explore its relation between disorder of MCM4 protein expression and the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods The SP immunohistocbemieal technique was used to detect the expression of MCM4 in 45 cases of gastric carcinoma, and 20 cases of normal gastric tissues. Results The positive expression of MCM4 in 45 cases of gastric carcinoma was 91.11% （41/45） ,and all cases in the control group were nagative,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.001 ）. MCM4 protein positive expression was associated with lymph node metastasis and histological grading in gastric carcinoma （P 〈 0.05）,and was no correlation with patients＇ age, tumor size, histological classification, depth of invasion and clinical stage （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion High expression of MCM4 protein in gastric carcinoma with cell cycle replication regulatory disorder may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma. The detection of MCM4 protein may be as a useful predictor of cell proliferation,biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
