摘　　要：沼气工业化生产是目前利用畜禽养殖废弃物中的有机成分,变废为宝,消除环境污染的重要手段及途径。由于实际收集的畜禽粪便多是成份复杂的混合物,如不经预处理直接发酵,会影响原料分解率和产气率的提高,并且易造成管路堵塞及设备损坏。经综合分析混合物的组分及性质,拟定了高含水率流态化、柔性物挑出、重物沉降、调质贮存的工艺流程,并根据各工艺环节设计相应设备,试运行可靠,预处理效果良好。Methane industrial production realizes the goals of pollution compositions. The poultry excrement is the mixture of complex ingredi prevention and comprehensive utilization of organic ents, so the improvement of dissociation rate and produces rate can be largely affected and the pipelines are easily blocked without pretreatment. According to poultry excrement nature, the processes of liquid mixture watered, flexible mass seek, floats separated and subsidence material stored are studied out, and design the corresponding equipment basing on the each process. This system works steadily, and the effect of pretreatment is good.
