摘  要:该文通过改性剂M对PAE改性,探讨了改性剂的用量、反应时间、反应温度、反应物的固含量对产品结果的影响。同时和市售的PAE进行其它增强指标如撕裂度、耐折度、耐破度的比较。实验结果表明:经改性的PAE(M-PAE)熟化期明显缩短;作为增湿强剂其性能达到了市售PAE的增强效果;与APAM和CMC协同作用时(PAE用量1.0%,APAM和CMC为0.3%)比单独添加PAE要好。In this paper, PAE resin was modified by modifier M. And the factors effecting the preparaing of modified PAE(M-PAE)by modifier M was discussed. Such as the dosage of M ,the reaction time, the reaction temperature and the solid content of reaction was discussed. At the same time the effect of modifed PAE such as burst index, folding strength and tear strenth was also studied compared with market PAE. The curing time of its wet-strengh arrived at the highest level after sheet forming was also studied. Retention aid home-made APAM and CMC and cationic PAE were simultaneously applied to the soft wood pulp when the dosage of modified PAE is 1.0% and retention aid APAM or CMC is 0.3%.The experiments show that the PAM/APAM and PAE/CMC has a better synergistic effect compared with added PAE singly.
