摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤抑制基因FEZ1蛋白和mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法及RT-PCR技术分别检测了36例胃癌及正常胃组织中FEZ1蛋白和mRNA的表达情况,分析其阳性表达与临床病理指标的关系。结果FEZ1蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率(55.6%)明显低于正常胃组织(86.1%),并且其在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率与分化程度密切相关(P<0.05)。FEZ1mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达水平为(0.677±0.120),显著低于正常胃组织中的表达水平(0.746±0.119),并且其在胃癌组织中的表达水平也与分化程度和淋巴结转移之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论FEZ1的表达可能与胃癌的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of tumor suppressor gene FEZ1 protein and mRNA in gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining（SP method）and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）were used to detect FEZ1 protein and mRNA expressions in 36 cases of gastric carcinoma and 36 cases of normal gastric epithelia. To analyze the relationship between the expression of FEZ1 and clinical data. Results The positive expression rate of FEZ1 protein in gastric carcinoma （55.6%）was significantly lower than that in normal gastric epithelia （86. 1%）（P〈0. 05）. The expression of FEZ1 protein was closely related with degrees of differentiation（P〈0. 05）. The relative contents of FEZ1 mRNA in gastric carcinoma （0. 677±0. 120） was significantly lower than that in normal gastric epithelia （0. 746±0. 119）. The relative contents of FEZ1 mRNA in gastric carcinoma was also correlated with degrees of differentiation and lymph node metastasis（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of FEZ1 has close relationship with the carcinogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma.
