摘 要:针对制糖生产过程中目前所采用的离线检测方法,实时性难以保证、生产效率受到制约等问题,对糖液浓度的在线检测技术展开研究,采用光学法实现对糖液浓度的测量,通过引入光电传感器,把光在糖液的传播过程中能量变化转化为电压信号,实验结果表明本设计原理可行,可为进一步深入研究提供理论依据。Aim at the problems of use the off-line detection methods is difficult to make it real-time, which may bring restriction to productivity. The research should be made in online detection technology of the concentration of sugar solution and the optical method was put into effect to measure the concentration of sugar solution by which, through the introduction of photoelectric sensors which change the energy that generates from the spread of the process of sugar solution into a voltage signal, the result of experiment show that the design principle is viable, it provides a theoretical basis for further study.
