摘 要:通过对CIMS发展方向和特点分析,提出ERP与PDM集成的必要性,分析了ERP与PDM集成的内容和交叉过程,提出了四种不同的集成模式,针对不同模式的差异性进行了研究,进而提出基于COM的信息集成技术,可以在间接模式适用。提出基于CORBA的集成技术,它是在统一界面下对中间接口实现的信息集成。提出基于STEP的信息集成技术,它是通过对底层数据库的集成来实现两个系统的集成。为企业的发展提供了可借鉴的模式和集成技术。The necessity of information integration between enterprise resource planning and product data management was discussed via analyzing on computer integration manufacturing system's developing direction and characteristics. The information contents of integration and the processing cross between ERP and PDM were analyzed, four different integrated modes were provided. Focusing on different modes' otherness that the paper has researched, a method of information integration based on COM technology was provided which was fit on indirect mode. A method of information integration based on CORBA technology was provided which was integrated for middle interface under uniform interface. The integrated information based on STEP technology was brought forward that two systems were integrated through the bottom databases' integration. The paper provided referring modes and integrated information for the enterprise development.
