摘　　要：为解决目前电子政务数据交换系统所存在的通用性差和耦合性高等问题,文章利用统一的数据传输服务、消息协议以及数据交换协议,并采用了面向服务的体系架构(SOA)的核心技术,把电子政务平台和决策支持系统有机结合起来,从而提高了决策的科学性、时效性和适应性。This paper proposes a method to make use of uniform data transfer services, information protocol and data exchange protocol in order to solve the existing problems of poor flexibility and high coupling of the data exchange platform（DEP）. Moreover, the DEP is combined with the decision support system（DSS） by using of the core technology of service oriented architecture（SOA） in the electronic government system（EGS）. Thus the scientificalness, timeliness and adaptability of decisionmaking can be improved.
