摘 要:在以重油和煤焦油为油相制备油煤浆的研究中,重点考察了温度、煤粉性质、煤粉添加量、配比和煤粉粒度等对油煤浆黏度的影响。结果表明:随温度升高,油煤浆黏度值降低,重油与煤焦油配比(v/v)为3∶1时,油煤浆黏度下降速率为234.5mPa.s/℃,配比为7∶1时,下降速率为302mPa.s/℃。温度变化对油煤浆黏度变化影响显著;高灰分煤粉在一定程度上利于油煤浆黏度的降低;添加含碳量高的煤有利于油煤浆黏度降低;油煤浆的黏度与煤粉的粒度关系呈"N"字型,油煤浆中最佳的煤粉添加粒度为250目~300目。In research on making coal-oil slurry with heavy oil and coal tar as oil phase, the paper mainly investigates the effect of temperature, the properties of pulverized coal,addition volume of pulverized coal, and the effect of mixing proportion and particle size of pulverized coal on viscosity of the coal-oil slurry. The results show that with the temperature increasing the coal-oil slurry viscosity is decreasing. When mixing proportion of heavy oil and coal tar (V/V) is 3: 1, the decreasing ratio of coal-oil slurry viscosity to the temperature is 234.5 mPa's/℃ . When the mixing proportion is 7: 1, the decreasing ratio is 302 mPa·s/℃ . The viscosity of coal oil slurry is obviously affected by temperature change. To some extent the high-ash coal benefits the reduction of coal-oil slurry viscosity and addition of the coal of high carbon also benefits the viscosity reduction. The relation between coal-oil slurry viscosity and coal particle size accords with "N" model. The optimum coal particle size added to oil-coal slurry is 250 to 300 meshes.
