桑蚕特殊用途品种渝黔黄茧的原蚕性状研究

摘　　要：为了掌握特殊用途品种渝黔黄茧2个对交原种G101和Y101的性状,为品种产业开发贮备繁种技术,以全国指定白茧对照种的对交原种菁松(中系)、皓月(日系)和871(中系)、872(日系)为对照,以常规养蚕方法饲养原蚕,以10蛾产卵调查方法调查原种产卵性状,对交原种G101和Y101的原蚕饲养与产卵性状研究。结果:G101和Y101原蚕饲养容易、品种性状较稳定、抗性较强,产茧接近常规品种、茧质较优;10蛾产卵成绩较优,产附平整、不受精卵和不良卵较少,产卵量接近常规品种,1 g蚁制种量与对照无明显差异。G101和Y101是1对产量性状接近常规品种、又具有金黄色蚕茧的特殊性状对交原种,中系G101和日系Y101原蚕各项性状与常规种相同或接近,正反交成绩差异小,达到了实用化水平。其组合渝黔黄茧已于2007年12月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定。The feeding and egg laying performance of original varieties G101 and Y101 were carried to study their characters for the special purpose silkworm Qianyuhuangjian （Qianyu silkworm with yellow cocoon）, and to accumulate the techniques for development. The native original variety with white cocoon Jingsong （Chinese strain）, Haoyue （Japanese strain）, 871 （Chinese strain）, and 872 （Japanese strain） were taken as control, fed with regular method, and the egg laying performance was investigated by egg laying checking method from 10 adult. The results showed that the feeding for original variety G101 and Y101 was easy, the character of variety was stable with high resistance, yield of cocoon was close to regular varieties and the quality of cocoon was high. The score for egg laying from 10 adults was higher, eggs were uniform and flatly attached and with less unfertilized and abnormal eggs, and the quantity of eggs laid was similar to regular varieties, and the number of pieces of papers which eggs laid on for breeding started from 1 gram of newly hatched larva was close or same to regular varieties also. G101 and Y101 is a pair of special characters original varieties which has close cocoon yield and also has golden yellow cocoons. Each of the character of original silkworm Chinese strain G101 and Japanese strain Y101 were close or same to regular varieties. It is applicable since there was very little difference of scores for direct cross and back cross. The combination Qianyuhuangjian already passed the authorization of Guizhou Crop Variety Authorization Committee in December of 2007.
