摘　　要：高校教师的诚信状况不仅直接影响着大学生诚信品质的养成,而且关系整个社会的诚信建设。山区高校因为其地域偏僻、条件较差等多方原因,教师中诚信失范行为相对严重,需要加大诚信教育与管理工作的力度。The honesty and credibility of college teachers not only influence the cultivation of credibility of college students but also the construction of credibility of the whole society. As some colleges are located in remote regions and have poor conditions, some of the college teachers lack credibility which result in a problem, therefore, the administers should reinforce the credibility education to the faculty.
