摘  要:要想获得理想的会展企业人才培训效果,就需要制定一套科学有效的培训方案。有效的培训方案包括培训需求的分析、培训方法的选择、培训效果的评估。只有这样,才能使培训变得有效,从而提高企业的竞争力。Although most of managers of enterprises in exhibition industry necessary to conduct trains to their employees, the input to the training is hold a view that it is limited largely due to the fact that a little effect of training can be obviously seen in a short term. The satisfactory effect of a training is to be achieved by a system of scientific training scheme which compromises the analysis of the training needs; the selective of training methods; the assessment of training results so that to make the training effect and therefore to enhance the enterprises' competitiveness.
