摘　　要：柔性管理作为顺应时代发展而产生的一种新的管理思维与管理方式,与高校学生管理契合并发挥着巨大的优越性,文章积极贯彻和实施此理念来创新和拓展高校学生管理工作,以实现个体健康发展之目的。Flexible management is new management thinking with the development of the society. It complies with the management of college students and plays an important role in it. This new model should be adopted in the management of college students to achieve the goal of the healthy development of the individual.
