摘  要:为了研究油菜秸秆在干燥过程中内部水分向表面移动的途径,利用箱式干燥器在不同干燥温度下对圆柱形和半圆柱形油菜秸秆进行等温干燥实验。结果表明,油菜秸秆干燥过程具有典型的干燥升温、等速和降速等3个阶段;秸秆的纵截面积比横截面积更有利于吸着水干燥;在相同干燥温度和体积条件下,半圆柱形比圆柱形油菜秸秆的干燥时间缩短了约50%。通过Page方程的数据拟合,分别得出圆柱形和半圆柱形油菜秸秆在较好工艺条件下的干燥模型。In order to investigate the channels of water movement in rape straw under drying process. Isothermal drying test for the cylindrical and semi -cylindrical rape straw was made under different temperature utilizing drying oven. The experimental results showed that the rape straw drying process appeared drying temperature increasing, constant drying rate and fall drying rate the three typical periods, the vertical -section area more favorable than the cross -section area to strengthen the absorbed water drying process. Under the same temperature and volume, the time required for drying cylindrical rape straw can fall to 50 percent of semi - cylindrical. Furthermore, used Page equation to simulate and compare the calculated results with experimented data. By theoretical derivation, found the mathematic model that fit the best cylindrical and semi -cylindrical rape straw drying characteristic.
