摘　　要：目的探讨脊膜瘤的显微外科手术治疗经验与技巧,提高其临床疗效。方法对经显微外科手术治疗的脊膜瘤患者23例临床资料进行回顾性分析。重点分析显微外科手术治疗脊膜瘤的临床方法优势。结果肿瘤全切21例,大部分切除2例。出院时痊愈4例,好转17例,无变化2例。随访6个月-5年1例复发。结论合理利用显微外科技术治疗脊膜瘤可避免脊髓和神经损伤,提高肿瘤的手术全切率降低肿瘤复发。Objective To summarize the micro-surgical experience and skills of spinal meningioma for improving its clinical efficacy. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with spinal meningioma were retrospectively analyzed. The advantages of microsurgery for spinal meningioma were analyzed. Results Total tumor resection was performed in 21 cases, and subtotal tumor resection in 2 cases. Four cases were discharged from hospital after recovery, 17 cases were improved,2 cases had no change. One case recurred after followed up for six months to five years. Conclusion The rational use of microsurgery for spinal meningioma may avoid the injury of spinal cord and nerve, improve the total tumor resection in surgery and reduce the recurrence of tumor.
